John Peters brought this action for breach of contract, misrepresentation, and unjust enrichment following the termination of his position as general agent for appellant Mutual Benefit Life Insurance Company. Peters dismissed the unjust enrichment claim before trial, and the trial court dismissed the misrepresentation claim at the close of plaintiffs case. The jury returned a verdict in Peters favor on the breach of contract claim, and Mutual Benefit appeals the trial courts denial of its motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or a new trial. We affirm.
